Plonk: Smoothed particle hydrodynamics data analysis and visualization

Abstract: Plonk analyzes and visualizes smoothed particle hydrodynamics simulation data, focusing on astrophysical applications. It calculates extra quantities on the particles, calculates and plots radial profiles, accesses subsets of particles, and provides visualization of any quantity defined on the particles via kernel density estimation. Plock's visualization module uses Splash (ascl:1103.004) to produce images using smoothed particle hydrodynamics interpolation. The code is modular and extendible, and can be scripted or used interactively.
