The random number generator is obtain from Knuth's 1973 volume, which is referenced in the code.

The bivariate normal simulations require purchase of TULSIM (vsers 3.2) by M. T. Boswell, Penn State Statistics. The distributed version of SLOPES assumes this package is not available and has commented out the relevant code.
