SPECTRUM: A stellar spectral synthesis program
Richard O. Gray
Appalachian State University
Abstract:
SPECTRUM ((C) Richard O. Gray, 1992,3,4,5) is a stellar spectral synthesis program. SPECTRUM computes the LTE synthetic spectrum given a
stellar atmosphere model. SPECTRUM uses as input the new, fully blanketed stellar atmosphere models of Robert Kurucz (1991), but any other stellar atmosphere models which can be cast into the format of Kurucz's models can be used as well.
