[submitted] RID: Relativistic Image Doubling in water Cherenkov detectors

Monte Carlo simulations were performed in C++ and Fortran to find the relative fraction of charged, relativistic particles entering a HAWC-like Water Cherenkov Detector that can cause a Relativistic Image Doubling (RID) effect visible to at least one of the internal detectors. Also presented is the code in python for the horizontal incidence of the muon inside the tank.
